摘    要:本文在文献1—3]的基础上,提出了已有抗震结构动态可靠度评定方法。动态可靠度亦称服役可靠度,取决于结构当前抗力和未来继续服役期间所遇荷载两个方面。前者可据结构实测、试验和计算等技术手段结合专家经验,采用具有耦联因素向量的模糊综合评判得到;而后者则依据地震危险性分析进行估计。最后,据模糊概率论得到结构于不同安全域的动态可靠度值。本文虽是有关同题的初步研究成果,但却是一个重要的进展,它将在进一步开展结构维修决策中起重要作用。

Abstract:In this paper, based on Ref., a method of reliability evaluation for ex isting ascismic structures in service is presented. The reliability of an existing structure is called the reliability in service. It depends on two respects: the available resistance of the structure and the maximum load to be met in the future period of service. The available resistance of the structure may be assessed by the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation on the basis of the results of structural tests, computational analysis and the experiences of the experts. The maximum seismic load may be estimated by seismic hazard analysis. Finaly, the reliability of the existing structure in different safety regions can be obtained by the method of fuzzy probability theory. The obtained reliability will play an important-role in the optimal design of structural maintenance.
