太阳能吸附式制冷技术进展综述

摘    要:介绍了太阳能吸附式制冷技术的原理与特点,从吸附剂一制冷剂工质对、系统循环方式以及吸附床三个方面详细说明了吸附式制冷技术的进展。通过综合分析指出,优化系统的设计,尤其是对系统关键部件,如吸附床、冷凝器、蒸发器的优化设计,对太阳能吸附式制冷系统的性能非常重要;其次,应加强对性能稳定、操作简便的无阀系统的研究,同时加大对太阳能吸附式制冷与建筑一体化的研究力度,使之符合建筑一体化的要求。最后分析了太阳能吸附式制冷技术的发展前景。

Abstract:The commercial application of the solar-powered adsorption refrigeration system is restricted due to its relatively lower COP and higher cost. In this paper, a general overview of recent development of the solar-powered adsorption refrigeration technology is presented. Many adsorbentadsorhate working pairs recently developed for solar-powered adsorption and the characteristics of system cycles and adsorbent beds are introduced in detail. It is indicated that the optimization of the components is very important to a solar-powered adsorption refrigeration system, especially the key components, such as the adsorbent bed, the condenser, and the evaporator. In addition, the development of the valveless system ought to be promoted, which has a more stable performance and is easily to be operated. At the same time, more attention should also be paid to the study of integrating solar powered adsorption refrigeration into buildings in order to conform to the requirements of building unity. In the end, the promising prospects of the development of solar powered adsorption refrigeration technology are discussed.
