内蒙古智慧水文一张图与服务共享平台构建与应用

摘    要:2021年开始内蒙古自治区水文水资源中心根据新形势下水文服务面临的问题,以内蒙古自治区水利厅推进智慧水利大数据建设为契机,系统分析当前水文面临的新形势和挑战,规划构建了内蒙古智慧水文一张图与服务共享平台。系统整合基础地理空间数据、水文监测数据、水文业务数据以及全国水利一张图的服务,对各类数据资源进行了统一的整合与应用,实现了数据的集中处理和交换共享。基于矢量瓦片技术、云端一体化GIS技术、大数据可视化技术、微服务技术以及多源数据融合技术,建成了内蒙古智慧水文一张图与服务共享平台;在国家和水利行业相关标准规范基础上,构建内蒙古水文一张图数据和服务共享的标准规范,为水文信息的综合应用、数字孪生流域建设以及社会公共服务提供了统一的平台支撑,拓展了水文信息服务能力,提升了内蒙古自治区水文信息化、智慧化管理水平。

Abstract:Starting from 2021, the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Hydrology and Water Resources Center will systematically analyze the new situation and challenges faced by the current hydrology, and plan and construct Inner Mongolia Smart Hydrology according to the problems faced by hydrology services under the new situation and the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Water Resources Department''s promotion of the construction of smart water conservancy big data. A map and service sharing platform. The system integrates basic geospatial data, hydrological monitoring data, hydrological business data and the service of one map of national water conservancy, unified integration and application of various data resources, and realizes centralized data processing, exchange and sharing. Based on vector tile technology, cloud-integrated GIS technology, big data visualization technology, micro-service technology and multi-source data fusion technology, an Inner Mongolia Smart Hydrology Map and Service Sharing Platform has been built; on the basis of relevant national and water conservancy industry standards and specifications , to build a standard specification for the sharing of data and services for one map of hydrology in Inner Mongolia, providing a unified platform support for the comprehensive application of hydrological information, digital twin river basin construction and social public services, expanding hydrological information service capabilities, and improving hydrological information in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. and intelligent management level.
