摘    要:通过建立管系的有限元模型,进行结构模态分析,掌握离心和往复压缩机管线的振动特性。有针对性地设计出一套适合现场需求的减振方案,即通过加装粘滞型阻尼器来降低管线振动。在管道上增加阻尼,可以确保管线振动的能量转移至阻尼,并最终耗散,有效地增加了管线的可靠性和安全性,保证了石化企业压缩机管道的安全。

Abstract:In this article, one finite element model for piping system was established. After the structure modal analysis was carried out, the vibration characteristics of pipeline connected to centrifugal and reciprocating compressor was obtained. One scheme for reduc-ing vibration, which is suitable to the onsite requirement, was designed. The viscous damp was installed on the pipeline to reduce the vibration. Increase of damp on pipeline can transfer the vibration energy of the pipeline to the damp, and make the energy dissipated fi-nally. In this way, the reliability and safety of the pipeline will be effectively enhanced and it will be ensured that the pipeline connect-ed to compressor in petrochemical industry is in safe performance.
