纳米微波吸收剂对改性环氧胶粘剂微波固化性能的影响

摘    要:选取4种典型的纳米材料作为微波吸收剂,研究其对改性环氧胶粘荆在微波作用下固化时间及固化后力学性能的影响.结果表明,在相同固化条件下,纳米微波吸收荆能明显降低改性环氧胶粘剂的微波固化时间.随着添加量的增加,固化时间大大缩短,其中纳米Fe和纳米siOx 尤为突出.当添加质量分数超过3%时,固化时间小于5 min.力学性能测试表明,添加纳米Fe和纳米Fe3)4后,胶粘剂微波固化后的拉伸强度和弹性模量没有明显变化,当添加质量分教为4%时,拉伸强度分别为33.8 MPa和34.1 MPa;而添加纳米siOx和SiC后,拉伸强度和弹性模量值略有下降.

Abstract:Four kinds of typical nanometer materials were selected as microwave-absorber,microwave curing time and mechanical properties of modified epoxy were researched.The results show that nanometer microwave-absorber can obviously decrease the microwave curing time of modified epoxy adhesive under the same curing condition.Microwave curing time is shortened greatly with increasing amount of addition.The curing time of nano-Fe and nano-SiOx is less than 5min when addition exceed 3%.Mechanical property tests show t...
