摘 要: | 介绍了将加料机原常规继电控制系统改造为PLC控制的无触点系统,将原机械制动系统改造为电气制动系统的设计实例。该设计可有效地提高系统的可靠性,减少日常维护工作量。

Abstract: | The paper has introduced the design case to upgrade the original relay control system of feeding machine into PLC controlled non-contact system, and the original mechanical brake system into electric brake system. The design Can effectively improve system reliability and reduce daily maintenance workload. |
