复合材料身管热-结构耦合分析与优化

摘    要:以纤维增强复合材料身管为研究对象,采用有限元方法,建立复合材料身管热-结构耦合分析模型并进行了求解;基于有限元分析模型和优化方法,建立了以复合材料身管质量最轻为优化目标、复合材料身管结构刚强度为约束的优化模型,对各层材料厚度和复合材料缠绕角进行了优化设计,优化方法采用多岛遗传算法和序列二次规划相结合的综合优化策略.优化算例表明,在满足身管强度和刚度要求的条件下,优化得到的复合材料身管设计方案,质量指标得到了很好的改善.

Abstract:Aimed at the fibre reinforced composite material barrel, the coupled thermo-mechanical analysis model was developed and solved by using finite element method. Based on the finite element analysis model and optimization method, the optimal model for the composite material barrel was established. To the composite inaterial barrel, the minimum structure mass was defined as optimal objective and the stiffness and strength were defined as constraints. The material tickness of every layer and composite material winding angle were optimized. The multi-island genetic algorithm and sequential quadratic programming were employed as combined optimal strategy. An optimal design solution of composite material barrel is achieved. Under the conditions that the needs of strength and stiffness constraints are met, the structure mass is reduced prominently.
