大型焦炭塔的设计及其改进

摘    要:主要介绍上海石化股份有限公司1.0Mt/a延迟焦化装置中直径8400mm的大型焦炭塔的设计情况。对塔体材质的选择、塔体裙座的结构形式进行了分析。该塔泡沫层以上采用(15CrMoR OCr13Al)复合板,简体下部采用15CrMoR。按疲劳容器的要求设计该塔,采取措施防止裙座与筒体焊缝处出现裂纹和塔底座螺栓松动。概括介绍了该公司1.4Mt/a延迟焦化装置中直径8800mm焦炭塔的设计情况。

Abstract:Design of the coke tower with diameter of 8 400 mm in 18 200 b/d delayed coking unit of Shanghai Gaoqiao Company is introduced. Material selection of the tower and structure pattern of the skirt have been analyzed. 15CrMoR + OCr13Al complex steel plate was adopted above the foam layer of the tower and 15CrMoR was adopted at the lower part of the tower. The coke tower has been designed according to the requirements of fatigue vessel and measures to prevent the welding seam between skirt and external vessel from cracking and base screw bolt from loosening have been adopted. Design of the coke tower with diameter of 8 800 mm in 25 500 b/d delayed coking unit of the Company is briefly introduced as well.
