摘    要:利用2台20 t中频电炉熔炼铁液,生产质量为60 t的6.0 MW超大型风力发电机球铁底座铸件.采用底注式浇注系统,厚大部位设置冷铁,顶部设置冷冒口,低温快速浇注.通过严格控制化学成分和出炉温度,合理设计熔化工艺及球化处理、孕育处理流程,尽量缩短铁液停留时间,解决了小容量电炉生产超大型厚壁球墨铸铁件容易导致球化衰退和石墨畸变的难题.

Abstract:An introduction was conducted about how to produce the ductile iron base casting with weight of 60 t used for 6.0 MW super heavy wind power generator by using two sets of 20 t medium frequency induction furnaces. The bottom-gated gating system was used, chills were set on the heavy section locations, risers were set on the top of the casting, as well as low temperature and fast pouring process was adopted. By strict controlling the chemical composition and tapping temperature, rational designing the melting, nodularizing and inoculating process flow, shortening as possible the holding time of the iron melt, the problem that using small capacity induction furnace to produce large and heavy section ductile iron casting was easy to cause nodularization degeneration and graphite morphology abnormalization has been successfully solved.
