摘 要: | 刀具材料是实现高速切削加工的关键,其性能直接影响刀具能否实现高速切削及刀具耐用度。主要论述了新型高速钢、硬质合金、陶瓷、聚晶金刚石、聚晶立方氮化硼(PCBN)、涂层刀具等高速切削刀具材料的性能,以及高速切削不同材料时刀具材料的合理选用原则,以适应当前世界在机械制造中的高效加工和低成本的竞争。
