高速切削刀具材料的性能及应用

摘    要:刀具材料是实现高速切削加工的关键,其性能直接影响刀具能否实现高速切削及刀具耐用度。主要论述了新型高速钢、硬质合金、陶瓷、聚晶金刚石、聚晶立方氮化硼(PCBN)、涂层刀具等高速切削刀具材料的性能,以及高速切削不同材料时刀具材料的合理选用原则,以适应当前世界在机械制造中的高效加工和低成本的竞争。

Abstract:Cutting tool materials is key technology to realize high-speed cutting,The performance of tool material directly affects the realization of high-speed cutting and tool life . This article mainly discusses the performance of high-speed cutting tool about new high-speed steel.hard alloy,ceramics.PCD,PCBN,coated tool,The selection principle of cutting tool materials in high-speed cutting are also discussed, In order to adapt to the current world in the manufacture of machinery of efficient processing and low cost competition.
