摘    要:首先阐述了数控车床的组成及工作原理,在此基础上对影响数控车床精度的因素进行了分析,并提出了提高数控车床精度的方法和措施,相关方法和措施的提出对提高数控车床的加工精度具有一定的指导作用。

Abstract:Machining precision of CNC lathe is one of the most important performance indexes, and the precision will directly affect the quality of the product. This paper first introduces the composition and working principle of CNC lathe, and then the influence factors of the machining precision were analyzed. The paper also proposes methods and measures to improve the CNC lathe precision, which can have a guiding role for improving?the machining accuracy of CNC lathe
