赵固一矿通风系统调整方案论证与实施

摘    要:赵固一矿为解决矿井风量分配紧张、通风阻力接近临界值的问题建设了西风井,初期作为进风井使用,西风井主要通风机投运后需进行通风系统调整.针对这一通风系统现状,结合矿井北翼地区采掘接替计划和用风需求,论证分析了矿井通风系统方案,确定了主要通风机运行工况,并对矿井通风系统进行了调整,满足矿井各地点用风需求,通风系统合理可靠,取得了良好的效果.

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of tight air distribution and ventilation resistance close to the critical value in Zhaogu No.1 coal mine,the west air shaft was constructed.In the initial stage,it was used as the air inlet shaft.After the main fan of the west air shaft was put into operation,the ventilation system should be adjusted.In view of the current situation of the ventilation system,combined with the excavation replacement plan and air demand in the north wing area of the mine,the scheme of the mine ventilation system is demonstrated and analyzed,the main fan operation conditions are determined,and the mine ventilation system is adjusted to meet the air demand of various places in the mine.The ventilation system is reasonable and reliable,and has achieved good results.
