主动配电网信息集成一致性测试方法

IEC61968和IEC61850标准是智能电网领域中核心的两个标准,分别用于实现配电管理系统和变电站自动化系统的信息集成。基于上述标准,研究主动配电网领域中的信息集成一致性测试方法。首先,从测试元数据出发,研究测试规则,设计测试方法框架;而后,分别编程实现元数据、规则推理模块与测试引擎解耦的IEC61968消息一致性测试Web服务和IEC61850配置文件一致性测试软件;最后,分别设计主动配电网IEC61968消息测试实例及IEC61850配置文件测试实例,验证软件的可用性与有效性。

A Method for Testing Information Integration Conformance of the Active Distribution Network

IEC 61968 and IEC 61850,two key standards in the field of smart grids,are used for information integration in the distribution management system and substation automation system,respectively.Based on abovementioned standards,this paper studies information integration conformance test methods in the field of active distribution networks.First,starting with test metadata,this paper discusses test rules and designs test method architecture.Then,programs are compiled to implement IEC 61968 message conformance test for metadata,rule inference module and test engine decoupling as well as the conformance test for Web service and IEC 61850 confignration files.Finally,it designs IEC 61968 message test cases of the active distribution network and IEC61850 configuration file test cases respectively to verify the usability and validity of the software.
