| 摘 要： | 针对电网集中监控模式下,告警信息总量激增,冗余干扰信息繁多,监控信息频发、误发等问题,提出基于智能电网调度控制D5000系统的监控信息优化处理措施,包括告警分类管理、上窗时间延迟、单点或间隔抑制、告警窗折叠等,实际运行结果分析表明可有效消除、折叠冗余信息,解决紧急、重要信息漏查等问题,显著提升监控信息管理水平。

| Abstract: | To solve problems with centralized grid monitoring such as sharply increasing total quantity of alarm messages,numerous redundant interference information,as well as frequently and wrongly sent monitoring information,this paper presents optimized processing measures based on the smart grid dispatching control system D5000,including classified management of alerts,window-uploading time delay,single-point or interval suppression,and alert window folding.Analysis of actual operating results verifies that this approach can effectively eliminate and fold redundant information and solve the problems of under-enumeration of urgent and important information,thus greatly improving monitoring information management level. |
