鼓氧氰化法生产高纯度氰化银钾的研究

摘    要:以电解银粉为原料,采用鼓氧氰化法合成了氰化银钾,保持金属银过量投料,控制氰化银钾溶液浓缩水量是得到高纯度和高收率产品的关键,此方法具有原料简单,产吕纯度高,生产操作容易,生产成本低和环保要求低的优点,适合中小企业生产。

Abstract:A novel method for producing high purity potassium silver cyanide [KAg(CN) 2] by using oxygen blast cyanidation method was introduced.The electrolysis silver powder was used as a silver source and kept excessive in the process of producing KAg(CN) 2.The amount of water evaporated from the solution of KAg(CN) 2 should be controlled strictly so as to obtain high quality product.This method has the advantages of easy-obtained raw materials,simple operation,high purity product,low cost and easy enviromental control.It is suitable for the production of middle/small enterprises.
