| Abstract: | Preparing methods and fundamental principles of zinc oxide nanomaterial are reviewed, including the traditional and effective vapor-liquid-solid, vapor phase, hydrothermal and the prospective electrochemical deposition methods. Moreover, analysis methods of zinc oxide nanomaterial are summarized and the development prospect of nanostructured zinc oxide is presented. |
