| 摘 要： | 按照煤矿的自身特点,研究了大型矿区煤质与选煤计算机综合管理系统。首次建成了包括集团公司、矿井、选煤厂三个层次的煤质选煤信息标准化集成平台;实现了选煤生产过程的在线检测、控制信息及离线生产信息的W eb实时查询;实现了整个集团公司的选煤、煤质管理信息的动态和静态分析与决策支持。系统在重选过程的实时分析与在线预测、井下煤质分析预测、跨多个数据库平台资源共享等方面有原始创新,并已在河北金牛能源股份有限公司5座选煤厂和6座矿井运行。

A Large - scale Coal Quality and Preparation Computer Comprehensive Management System for use in Coal Mining Dis-trict——General Frame of the System |

| Abstract: | Based on the characteristics of coal mine,a large-scale coal quality and preparation computer comprehensive management system was developed.It is a firstly established standardized platform which centralized the coal quality and preparation information from three levels of group company,colliery and preparation plant,realized the on-ling inspection of coal preparation process,and web real-time check of control information as well as out-line information;realized the dynamic and static analysis and policy decision supporting for coal cleaning and coal quality information in the range of whole group company.This system bring forth new ideas in respects of real-time analysis and on-ling forecast during gravity separation,coal quality analysis and forecast underground,and the share the data together of over multiple databases,and it has been operated in 5 coal preparation plants and 6 coal mines in Hebei Jinniu Energy Co.Ltd. |
