| Abstract: | Assessing the performance of high resolution digital-to-analog converter(DAC) is a challenging issue since the limitation of existing equipment.The paper presents an innovative method for testing the performance of high resolution DAC via detecting the distribution of zero crossings in time domain to know the static characteristic parameters of DAC.The main features of the method is simple principle and easy to implement.Moreover,it makes full use of the speed of existing ADCs. |
