| 摘 要： | 水文信息监测系统对于指挥防灾和最大限度地减少灾害损失具有重要的意义。分析了北斗卫星系统信息传输功能用于水文监测系统的特点,基于北斗系统,设计了水文监测系统及数据传输协议。为节约传输费用,降低运行成本,采用LZ78进行数据压缩。对于水文监测,北斗系统适合于偏远地区应用及作为传输系统的备份。

| Abstract: | Hydrology Monitoring System is of great significance to the commanding of disaster prevention and keeping the damage to a minimum. In this paper, the characteristics of information transmission in Beidou satellite system are analyzed, and a Hydrology Monitoring System and its data transmission protocols are designed. LZ78 data compression method is adopted for saving transmission fee and decreasing running cost. Beidou is fit for Hydrology Monitoring System in remote areas and may be used as information transmission backup. |
