摘    要:
能量色散X射线荧光分析仪以其结构简单、测量范围宽、制样方便、灵敏度高的特点在各个领域得到广泛地应用。本文介绍一种基于FPGA能量色散X射线荧光分析仪的设计方案,主要从仪器结构、工作原理、发展现状、系统结构和软硬件设计等方面展开。硬件方面主要介绍系统结构、处理器选择、峰值保持电路设计、USB接口电路设计,软件方面分别介绍上位机和下位机设计。最后分析设计的优越性。

Abstract:
Energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence analyzer based on the characteristics of simple structure,wide measuring range,sample preparation convenient,high sensitivity is widely used.This paper introduces a kind of energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence analyzer design scheme based on FPGA.It mainly introduces the instrument structure and principle,the development present situation,the system structure and the design of hardware and software.Hardware mainly introduces the system structure,the choice of the processor,peak keep circuit design,the usb interface circuit design,software separately introduces the design of the upper machineand the under amachine.Finally,analyse its superiority.
