空气中一甲基肼毛细管气相色谱法测定

摘    要:采用毛细管柱气相色谱法测定空气中一甲基肼,在0~54mg/L范围内线性良好,当采样体积为100L时,最低检出质量浓度为0.55mg/L,检出限较国标方法大大降低。低、中、高3个浓度的一甲基肼标准溶液测定RSD(n=6)分别为2.9%,2.0%,1.6%,样品加样回收率为93.9%~99.9%。该法分析速度快、灵敏度高、准确度和分离度好,适用于空气中一甲基肼的分析检测。

Abstract:The monomethylhydrazine in air was determined by capillary gas chromatography(CGC).The result showed that good linearity was obtained in range from 0~54mg/L,minimum detection concentration was 0.55mg/L at sampling 100 liters air,which was reduced greatly compared with the national standard.RSD(n=6)of low,medium and high concentration of standard solution was 2.9%,2.0% and 1.6% separately,and the recoveries with addition of standard solution were 93.9%~99.9%.The method was rapid,sensitive,accurate,which is applicable to determine monomethylhydrazine in air.
