摘    要:通过对辉光放电原子发射光谱法分析钢中超低碳光谱行为研究,考察样品制备方法、放电电压、电流、预溅射时间和分析时间对光谱强度和稳定性的影响,建立辉光放电原子发射光谱法测定钢中超低碳分析方法。结果表明,以波长为156.143nm和249.326nm的谱线分别为碳和内标铁的分析线。碳强度与内标谱线强度的比值与碳的质量分数呈线性关系,其线性回归方程I=3.7765w+0.001684,并应用此法分析l2种低合金钢标准样品,相对标准偏差(n=11)在5.1~12.3之间。

Abstract:Glow discharge behaviour of carbon in steel samples was studied.Through investigating influential factors,including the preparation of sample,voltage,current,preburn time and analysis time on the precision and intensity of the emission,a method for the determination of ultra-low carbon content in steel by glow-discharge AES was proposed in this paper.The results indicated that wavelengths of 156.143nm and 249.326nm were selected as analytical 1ines for C and Fe(the internal standard)respectively.Linear relationship between values of spectral line intensity ratios of carbon standard to Fe intima standard and mass fraction(in %) of carbon was obtained as shown by the linear regression equation of I=3.7765w+0.001684.The proposed method was applied to the an alysis of 12 low alloy steel standard samples,giving RSD(n=11)in the range of 5.1~12.3.
