惰性材料与聚合物堵漏技术室内研究

摘    要:钻井过程中出现井漏是十分普遍的,这是衡量钻井安全与否的重要因素之一。使用废旧轮胎这类惰性材料与聚合物相结合,组成一种化学性质稳定、耐温性能强、抗盐性能较高的堵漏剂,不仅可以降低堵漏成本,而且可以有效封堵漏层。通过室内实验研究惰性材料与聚合物组成的堵漏剂的封堵效果有重大意义,并分析了钻井液堵漏材料及防漏堵漏技术研究的发展方向。

Study on Inert Materials and Polymer Plugging Technology
Abstract:The circulation loss is not only a common phenomenon in the process of drilling, but also is one of the important factors restricting the safe and fast drilling. A plugging agent with stable chemical property, high temperature resistance and high salt resistance was prepared from waste tire inert materials and polymer, which not only could reduce the cost of plugging, but also could effectively seal loss zone. Indoor experimental study on plugging effect of inert material and polymer plugging agent is of great significance. At last, development directions of drilling fluid plugging materials and plugging technologies were analyzed.
