数字密度计法测定原油密度的研究

原油是一种十分复杂的烃类及非烃类化合物的混合物,不能直接作为产品使用,需要采取一定的加工手段处理后才能作为终端产品使用,而对原油密度等基本性质进行分析是确定原油加工方案的先决条件。目前仲裁法采用密度计法测定原油密度,该方法操作条件不稳定、气味大、操作麻烦、耗时长。对数字密度计法测定原油密度进行研究,得出数字密度计法快捷、稳定性好、精密度高,更适用于进口原油密度仲裁。

Study on Test Method for Density of Crude oil by Digital Density Meter

Crude oil is a very complex mixture of hydrocarbon and non-hydrocarbon compounds, cannot be used directly as a product, it needs to be processed by certain methods to produce end products, and to analyze the basic properties including density of crude oil is a prerequisite for determining the crude oil processing scheme. At present, the densimeter method is used in determination of crude oil density, but the method has many defects, such as unstable operating conditions, trouble operating and time-consuming, and so on. In this paper, determination of crude oil density by the digital densimeter method was studied. The results show that the digital densimeter method is fast, and has good stability and high precision.
