覆膜砂用环保型酚醛树脂的制备

摘    要:介绍了一种新覆膜砂酚醛树脂的制造工艺,通过与现有工艺比较,采用多种酸三次催化的新方法制备出合格的覆膜砂专用热缩型酚醛树脂。通过大量实验,改变反应原料配比、反应时间、温度及催化剂等条件,在较低工艺要求的条件下,制备出残酚含量低、性能优越的产品,达到节能环保的效果。应用该环保型酚醛树脂制备出覆膜砂的强度比传统工艺制备的产品强度要高。

Preparation of Environment-friendly PF Resin for Resin Coated Sand
Abstract:A new preparation process of coated sand phenolic resin was introduced. Compared with existing processes, the new process used kinds of acids to prepare coated sand phenolic resin. Through changing the process conditions including the reaction time, reaction temperature, amount of catalyst, ratio of reactants and other factors, the product with superior performance and low residual phenol concentration was synthesized; the ultimate goal of energy conservation and environmental protection was achieved. And the intensity of resin coated sand prepared with environmental protection PF resin was higher.
