| 摘 要： | 从拉线模质量及其使用方法和拉伸条件等方面,分析了影响拉线模使用寿命长短的因素;并指出,控制好拉线模的孔型尺寸,提高拉线模的制作水平和模孔表面光洁度,改善拉伸条件,注意使用方法,可以延长拉线模的使用寿命。

Factors affecting the service life of the drawing dies |

| Abstract: | The factors affecting the service life of the drawing dies are analysed in terms of the quality and use of the drawing die as well as the drawing conditions. It is indicated that the service life of the drawing dies may be lengthened by size control of the die hole, improvement of the quality of the drawing die and smoothness of the surface of the die, improvement of the drawing conditions and correct use of dies. |
