| Abstract: | Sarcoidosis is a multisystemic granulomatous disorder of unknown etiology. Several times pneumonologists described a remarkable personality of patients suffering from sarcoidosis. 44 patients with sarcoidosis were examined physically and psychosomatically. There are subgroups of patients, an important risk group shows long-lasting depressive features. |
