大型高精度天线座轨道的安装方法研究

摘    要:针对某大型天线座轨道的高精度安装要求,文中通过设计轨道安装模板实现地脚螺栓位置的精确预埋,保证了轨道位置度在可调节范围内。采用合像水平仪、百分表及激光跟踪仪等检测安装过程中轨道的位置度和水平度,以有效指导轨道的调整与安装,最终满足了轨道的所有技术指标。文中提出了一种简单有效、精度更高的建立基准水平面的方法:通过电子水准仪测量提供3个基准点,然后换用激光跟踪仪测量该基准点,从而建立高精度的水平面。文中对其他类似大型轨道的安装及检测具有一定的参考价值。

Abstract:According to the high-precision installation requirement of the large-scale antenna pedestal orbit,the orbit installation template is designed to actualize the accurate embedment of the foundation bolts. And thus the positional tolerance of the orbit is guaranteed in the adjustable range. The image level, dial indicator and laser tracker are used to measure the positional tolerance and levelness to guide the installation and adjustment of the orbit effectively. And the measured results satisfy all technical parameters of the orbit eventually.A new simple feasible and more precise method of establishing horizontal plane is presented in this paper.Namely, three datum points are provided by the electronic level and then measured by the laser tracker to establish high-precision horizontal plane. This paper can be used as reference for installation and measurement of other similar large-scale orbits.
