| 摘 要： | 教育、引导人民树立社会主义法制观念是邓小平同志法制教育思想的核心,这一核心体现在教育目标和教育措施两方面。实现法制教育的目标就是要教育、引导人民树立法治观念、守法观念、平等观念、权利观念。在法制教育的措施方面要做到:坚持全民普法与重点教育相结合;坚持法制教育与文化教育相结合;坚持法制教育与民主教育相结合;法制教育必须与正确的法律适用相结合。 |

| Abstract: | Educating and guiding the people to set up the socialist legal system idea is the core of Deng Xiaoping's Thought in Legal Education. This core is embodied in the two aspects of education goal and education measures.The goal of legal education is to educate and guide the people to set up legal sense,law-abiding sense,equality sense and right sense.When taking measures of legal education,we must persist in the integration of nationwide common law and priority education,the integration of legal education and cultural education,the integration of legal education and democratic education,the integration of legal education and legal application. |
