汽车空调压缩机上斜盘表面润滑的研究

摘    要:
针对旋转斜盘式空调压缩机咬死失效问题,通过改善斜盘的表面涂层以及基材材料来提高斜盘的润滑性。在基于对铜合金材料和二硫化钨涂层的应用研究上,以及大量比对试验数据的基础上,规避了国内外专利和知识产权限制,并且对批量生产进行工艺开发,最终获得满足该类型压缩机斜盘表面的润滑性改善方案,解决了斜盘瞬间咬死的问题,而且批量应用到汽车空调压缩生产中。

Abstract:
This thesis was mostly involved in improving the lubricating property on the swash plate surface by changing the coating and substrate material,in order to solving the seizing problem of automotive air conditioning compressor.According to the applied research of the copper alloy and WS2 coating and the basis on a lot of experimental data,this thesis avoided internal and foreign patent and the limit of intellectual property rights,and also it put the project into development of process on the mass production.Finally the thesis got the improvement project on the lubricating property on the swash plate surface in the air conditioning compressor,and accordingly solved the instant seizing problem of swash plate.Further more this project was applied in the mass production for automotive air conditioning compressor.
