关于旋转驴头抽油机改进设计的建议

摘    要:全国油田在用的各种型号旋转驴头抽油机总数已超过500台,其中轻型机使用效果好,各项技术指标均达到设计要求。中型或重型机则出现前连杆断裂、前连杆轴承座损坏、前连杆轴承座联接螺栓疲劳破坏或被剪断、连接板四周焊缝被撕裂等现象。针对这些问题,提出中型或重型机结构改进设计的建议:1.将两副前连杆轴承座合二为一,采用双列调心滚子轴承,使其具有微调功能;2.在转轴与前连杆之间增设一前横梁,分别与前连杆用销轴联接,与转轴用轴架固定;3.前连杆轴承座的联接螺栓由原M24改为M30~M36,以提高其强度;4.前连杆轴承座的联接板由原设计厚度δ=12~16mm钢板改为δ=20~25mm钢板,以提高其刚度。

Abstract:There are more than 500 swing horsehead beam pumping units servicing in oilfields in China, and among these units, the lightduty ones are operating well with their technical parameters according with the design requirements, while the moderatesized or heavyduty ones fail in various patterns. Thereby suggestions for the improvement of the failed units are put forward: (1)combining the two front pitman bearing seats into one, and adopting adjustable ball bearing; (2)adding a front beam between the rotating shaft and the front pitman;; (3)changing the connecting bolt of the front pitman bearing seat from M24 into M30M36 to improve its strength; (4)using the steel plate with 2025mm design thickness instead of the steel plate with 1216mm design thickness as the connecting plate of the front pitman bearing seat to improve its rigidity.
