基于类V形定位机构的盘类零件的快速钻模研究

摘    要:介绍了一种盘类零件钻削轴向孔的快速钻模。利用双圆柱取代V形块定位,并利用固定钻模板实现刀具对准。工件从水平方向装卸,工件装夹后钻模不用翻转,减少了对刀时间,提高了重复加工精度。

Abstract:A plate - part drilling model was presented. The jig uses a similarity of V - shape fixture to fix the plate part. The tools can be adjusted by using the fixed template of the jig. The part can be loaded and unloaded from horizontal direction so that the drill model need not be overturned. This jig can reduce the time used by adjusting tools and improve the precision of repeatable machining.
