摘    要:在介绍旋转喷射泵的工作原理及特点后,重点论述了旋转喷射泵的设计理论,讨论了S形叶片复合叶轮结构参数的计算方法和取值范围。结合设计实例,给出1个S形叶片二级复合叶轮的设计结构参数,加工出复合叶轮并组装成旋转喷射泵进行试验,拟和出泵试验性能曲线。与后弯式叶片复合叶轮泵性能曲线相比,这种泵扬程和流量均有所增加,泵性能达到了设计指标和要求。

Abstract:After an introduction to the operating principle and characteristics of the rotating jet pump, the design theory of the pump is emphatically expounded, and the method for calculating the structural parameters of its compound impeller with S-shaped blades is discussed. The structural parameters of a two-stage impeller with S-shaped blades are calculated, thereby the impeller is machined and a rotating jet pump is assembled. The performance curve of the assembled pump is derived and compared with that of other impeller pump. Analysis shows that the pump satisfies design requirement with high lift and flow rate.
