铜锌尾矿综合利用试验研究

摘    要:本试验通过对浮选铜锌尾矿采用非硫酸方法浮选出高品位的硫铁精矿,硫铁精矿制酸,焙烧渣经过造粒还原焙烧后,可获得合格的金属化球团。改工艺充分利用尾矿中的黄铁矿,变废为宝,并降低浮选尾矿的排放量。

Abstract:In this experiments, high grade pyrite concentrate was obtained by non-sulfate floatation from the floatation tailings of copper-zinc ore. Roasting the pyrite concentrate to product sulfuric acid, and the roasting slag was sent to reduct-roasting after pelleting, then qualified metallized pellets can be obtained. This process makes waste profitable by integrating utilization of pyrite in floatation tailings, and reduces the emissions of flotation tailings.
