摘    要:为了解决氧化铝粉流量需要在线实时预测的问题,提出了一种基于混合核函数PLS的软测量建模方法,建立了混合核函数PLS的氧化铝粉流量预测模型,经采用工业现场数据仿真研究,说明该模型具有算法简单、有较高的预测精度,并兼具了全局及局部核函数的优点,能满足氧化铝粉流量的在线测量要求.

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of the demand of alumina powder flow needing real- time prediction, soft sensor modeling method based on mixed kernel partial least squares (MKPLS) was proposed. PLS models with mixed kernel function were created and used to forecast alumina powder flow. The simulation results of industrial field data, showed that this method features algorithm is simple, high prediction accuracy and more excellent prop- erties because of its both local and global the requirements of on-line measurement characteristics , so the proposed method can satisfy of alumina powder flow.
