某天然气锅炉房余热回收节能改造效果检测与分析

摘    要:某办公住宅小区天然气锅炉房采用烟气冷凝余热回收利用技术进行改造.对改造前后天然气耗气量、锅炉运行效率、排烟温度及冷凝水等参数进行测试及对比分析。结果表明改造后排烟温度从110~200℃降低N50℃以下,锅炉效率提高10%~13%,节气率提高15%以上。

Abstract:The natural gas-burning boiler room of a commercial and residential community is reconstructea by using flue gas condensation waste heat recovery technique. After test and analysis on parameters, such as natural gas consumption, boiler operation efficiency, funnel temperature and condensation water, etc. before and after the reconstruction, it is found that funnel temperature drops from 110-200℃ down to below 50℃, boiler efficiency increases by 10%-30% and gas saving performance increases by over 15%.
