| 摘 要： | 柴油机的转速综合反应了机器的工作状态和工作质量,转速的平稳意味着柴油机工况的稳定,转速波动则表示柴油机工况发生了变化,通过测量柴油机的平均转速可判断柴油机工作的稳定性。当前测量柴油机转速的方法较多,本文主要介绍一种利用柴油机高压油管油压波形信号提取柴油机实时转速的原理和方法,实验表明,这种测量方法精度是令人满意的。

| Abstract: | The rotate speed of diesel engine reflects its work state and work quality.If the rotate speed is smooth,then we can say the diesel engine is stability,otherwise,it is malfunction.There are many character parameters in fuel pressure wave,and they can be used as fault diagnosis parameters of fuel supply system and rotate speed in diesel engine.This paper introduces the method of how to apply the diesel high pressure oil pipe external oil pressure signal to pick-up real-time rotate speed.The experimental results show the testing method is effective and feasible. |
