硬脆材料锯磨裂纹研究现状与降低措施

摘    要:对国内外有关硬脆材料锯磨表面裂纹形成机理等理论进行综述,指出了锯磨裂纹的降低措施。对硬脆材料的锯磨研究集中在加工质量尤其是表面加工裂纹上。有研究表明,存在合适的加工参数可以使材料去除发生在塑性域以避免裂纹。一些研究通过锯磨过程中硬脆材料在磨粒应力场中的应力状态分析了脆性去除时裂纹产生的机理。

Abstract:The research status at home and abroad about the surface crack formation mechanism and the influence lows of the hard-brittle materials when sawing and grinding are summarized.The measures to reduce the sawing and grinding crack are pointed.When being sawed and grinded,the research of hard-brittle materials are concentrated on machining quality,especially the surface machining crack.Some researches demonstrated that the crack can be avoided when the material is cut in plastic region under suitable machining parameters;some researches analyzed formation mechanism of removaling the crack according to the stress state of hard-brittle materials in abrasive stress field during the sawing and grinding process.
