摘    要:用 Span80 (SMO)与丙烯酸 (AA)直接酯化和与丙烯酰氯酰化酯化两种方法制备了含丙烯酰氧基的Span80 ,即 Span80的丙烯酸酯 (ASMO)油溶性非离子型可聚合表面活性剂。用 IR及 UV光谱对其结构进行了初步表征 ;比较了两种工艺的优缺点。实验表明 ,甲苯做溶剂 ,回流 1 5 h时 ,在对甲苯磺酸催化时 ,直接酯化转化率不低于 83 % ;用酰氯酯化时 ,在 40~ 45℃下 ,反应 3~ 4h,酯化率一般可达 98%且反应产物比较易纯化。但酰氯法反应过程中产生大量的 HCl气体 ,对环境及设备产生危害。

Abstract:The oilsoluble nonionic polymerizable surfactant, acrylic sorbitan monooleate (ASMO), was preparated by direct estrification with SMO(Span80)and acrylic acid (AA), and by acrylation estrification with SMO and acrylic chlorine. The performance parameters of ASMO and its spectroscopy properties were also characterized by IR and UV. The effect of solvents, catalysts, ect., on the direct estrification was investigated, and the advantages and defects of two methods were compared, too. The results of experiments showed that direct estrification yield was no less than 83% using toluene as solvent, pmethyl benzenesulfonic as catalyst and reaction for 15 h. When using acrylic chlorine estrification method, the estrification yield was more than 98% running for 3~4 h under 40~45 ℃, the final products could be separated easily.
