摘    要:讨论了以纤维素和癸二酸为原料、甲苯为溶剂、对甲苯磺酸为催化剂,进行酯化反应.反应产物再与正丁醇进行二次酯化,最后得到纤维素改性高吸油树脂——纤维素交联癸二酸正丁酯的合成工艺。重点讨论了纤维素与癸二酸进行酯化反应的工艺条件,通过正交实验确定了纤维素与癸二酸进行酯化反应的最佳投料比,研究了不同催化剂及溶剂对酯化反应的影响,确定了最合适的催化剂和溶剂,并探讨了影响酯化反应的主要因素。该高吸油树脂可以吸收自重15倍的汽油。

Abstract:This paper describes the technology condition and oil-absorption effect of the cellulose-graft-sebacate with cellulose and sebacic acid, using toluene as solvent and p-toluenesulfonic acid as catalyst. This product is esterified with butunol to obtain the super oil absorption resin is. Esterification condition of cellulose and sebacic acid are discussed. Optimum ratio of cellulose and sebacic acid is determined via orthogonal experiment. The effect of different kinds of catalyst and solvent and their optimal dosage are studied. This super oil absorption resin is capable of absorbing gasoline 15 times of its own weight.
