城市三维地下管网信息系统设计初探

摘    要:运用GIS管理地下管网是一个有效的手段,对各类地下管网获取及时、准确的信息,并进行系统、有效的管理,是城市管理面临的重要技术问题。从城市地下管网管理难的热点问题出发,对目前三维地下管网信息系统的需求现状进行分析,建立了数据管理层、GIS应用层及表现层的总体框架结构。在此基础上,从数据库设计、功能设计等方面阐述了设计思想。系统主要采用分布式WebGIS技术及数据库技术,并以ArcGIS Engine为平台实现了三维可视化等技术,形成了系统的设计方案,并建立了小型管网信息系统,可为城市地下管网系统的建设提供新的思路。

Preliminary design of three dimensional city underground network information system

Abstract:The application of GIS technology to manage the underground network is an effective method. Timely and accurate acquisition, systematic and effective management of different kinds of underground network are important technical issues faced by the city managers. This study concerned a hot topic of difficult management for underground network. The current demand situation of the underground network was analyzed, the overall frame structure of data management layer, GIS application layer and presentation layer was established. The design ideas of this system were illustrated through database design, functional design and other sectors on this basis. The distributed WebGIS and database technology were used, 3D visualization technology was realized based on ArcGIS Engine platform. Eventually, the design of the system structure was formed, and a small network information system was established. It could provide new ideas and methods for the construction of urban underground network system.
