NaAlg/CMC/GLE可食膜封合工艺参数的研究

摘    要:用溶液共混法制备了海藻酸钠/羧甲基纤维素钠/明胶可食性包装膜,试验分析封合温度、封合压力、粘合剂浓度以及封合时间等对海藻酸钠/羧甲基纤维素钠/明胶共混膜的封合强度的影响。结果表明,粘合剂浓度、封合压力和封合温度均对封合强度有显著影响。在此基础上,设计正交旋转实验对影响封合强度进一步优化,确定最佳的封合参数。

Abstract:The blend films were successfully prepared by coagulating a mixture of sodium alginatein sodium carboxymethylcellulose and gelatin in aqueous solution.The effects of sealing temperature,sealing pressure,binder concentration and sealing time on seal strength were analyzed.The results showed that seal strength were significantly affected by binder concentration,sealing pressure and sealing temperature.The orthogonal rotation experimental design methods were used for investigation,obtaining an optimal sealing ...
