时效对激光熔覆Fe-Cu复合涂层的影响

摘    要:
采用金相显微镜、扫描电镜和X射线衍射仪分别对Fe-Cu激光熔覆涂层时效前后的组织和相结构进行分析,并利用显微硬度计测定了时效前后熔覆层的硬度分布。结果表明,Fe-Cu激光熔覆层为亚共晶组织,时效前后,其物相均由α-Fe、Cr23C6和Cr7C3组成,组织形貌并未改变。时效后从过饱和的α-Fe固溶体中析出了第二相,使涂层硬度得到提高。

Abstract:
The microstructure and the phase of Fe-Cu composite coating which were as-cladded or as-aged were analyzed by using metallographic microscope, scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction respectively, and the hardness of them were measured by microhardness tester. The results showed that the cladding coating of Fe-Cu was hypoeutectic structure, and the phase of coating as-cladded or asaged were composited of α- Fe,Cr23C6 and Cr7C3, the morphology structure was not changed. The second phase had precipitated from the supersaturated α- Fe solid solution after aging, and then the hardness of coating has been improved.
