| 摘 要： | 目的研究吴茱萸药材水蒸气蒸馏-醇提过大孔树脂柱联用工艺的提取效果。方法以挥发油得率、吴茱萸碱和吴茱萸次碱保留率及药材中生物碱和水溶性成分的HPLC图谱为指标,考察水蒸气蒸馏-醇提过大孔树脂柱联用工艺对保留吴茱萸有效成分的影响。结果吴茱萸药材水蒸气蒸馏-醇提过大孔树脂柱联用工艺保留了药材挥发油、生物碱、水溶性成分,显著降低了出膏率。结论水蒸气蒸馏-醇提过大孔树脂柱联用工艺是吴茱萸药材提取纯化的适宜工艺。
