高矿化度油田污水的微生物处理中间试验

摘    要:根据八面河油田现场高矿化度采油污水的特征,利用高效可降解石油的高耐盐微生物,采用厌氧酸化水解-好氧接触氧化工艺进行了较为系统地研究。结果表明,八面河油田采油污水虽然矿化度很高,但完全可以应用耐盐微生物对其进行处理,实现采油污水的达标排放。隔油池-厌氧酸化水解池在八面河油田高矿化度采油污水COD去除中起主要作用,平均COD去除率在50.2%。系统去除氨氮的最佳气水体积比在14~16。单一接触氧化工艺与酸化水解-接触氧化工艺相比,去除COD效果都能满足国家污水二级排放标准,前者去除氨氮效果稍好,平均氨氮去除率约高4.2%。

Abstract:According to the characteristics of high minerality in oily wastewater from Bamianhe oilfield,using petroleum-degrading bacterium with high minerality which can efficiently degrade petroleum in wastewater,hydrolysis acidogenesis-biological contact oxidation process was applied to systematic study.The results show that it is technically feasible to treat oily wastewater from Bamian he oilfield with high salinity bacterium by this process,which to meet the emission standards of wastewater.The regulation tank and hydrolysis acidogenesis removes the most of the COD in oily wastewater,the average COD removal efficiency reaches to 50.2%,the most suitable conditions to remove ammonia-nitrogen is that the best velocity ratio of air and water is between 14 and 16.Compared the combined processes of hydrolysis acidogenesis-biological contact oxidation with two stage biological contact oxidation,both of two processes could meet the national second emission standards of wastewater and the ammonia-nitrogen removal efficiency for the former is better and the average removal efficiency is increased by 4.2%.
