云南某难选锡铜多金属矿选矿工艺研究

摘    要:
对云南某锡铜多金属矿进行了原矿性质分析,该矿石锡、铜品位低,硫、铁、砷等含量高,属于难选矿。采用阶段磨矿、阶段选别的浮选—重选联合工艺流程,可以获得铜品位14.59%,回收率79.33%的铜精矿;锡品位为5.759%,回收率为64.64%的粗锡精矿以及硫品位为30.23%,回收率为68.55%的硫精矿,实现了矿产资源的综合利用。

Abstract:
Through the analysis of the properties of a tin-copper polymetallic ore from Yunnan, the ore deserves refractory ore since the grade of tin and copper is low, the content of sulphur, iron, arsenic, etc is high. Copper concentrate of 14.59% Cu with a recovcry of 79.33%, sulphur concentrate of 30.23% S with a recovcry of 79.33% and rough tin concentrate of 5.759% Sn with a recovery of 68.55% is obtained by using the combined processes of flotation-gravity concentration with stage grinding and stage separation, which makes the comprehensive utilization of mineral resources come true.
