摘    要:汽车外协件供应商综合能力评价是汽车制造质量控制的重点,为了准确评价供应商综合能力,先建立了一套适合汽车制造企业的评价指标体系,在此基础上提出了逼近于理想解法与模糊层次分析法相结合的方法,该方法先利用模糊层次法计算出各层指标权重,再结合逼近于理想解法给出各供应商综合能力排序.最后建立了与评价模型相配套的软件实现平台,并实例验证.

Abstract:Evaluation of vendor's comprehensive ability on automobile purchasing components is an important way to control the quality of automobile manufacture. In order to accurately evaluate vendor's comprehensive ability, an index system suitable to automobile manufacturing corporation was built up, based on which, the method of combining TOPSIS and FAHP was given. This method firstly used FAHP to calculate the weight of every index, then, the priority of each vendor's ability was given by using TOPSIS. Finally, a software platform suitable to the model was built up, and an example was given to prove the rationality of the model.
