基于ASP的汽车售后服务系统设计与实现

信息技术和网络技术的发展，使得分布在不同地域的制造商、供应商和销售商的有效合作成为可能．本文以成都、德阳、绵阳为核心的网络应用服务系统平台为背景，分析了区域内企业之间商务合作和资源共享的重要性，提出了基于B／S和C／S混合模式的系统体系结构的实现方法不仅有利于客户端数据处理的准确和快捷，而且还有利于企业信息的集中处理和交互．最后，以汽车产业链协同商务系统的售后服务部分的设计为例详细地说明了系统的实现过程．

Design and Implement of Automobile after Sales Service System Based on ASP

With the development of information and network technology, it is possible that manufacturers, suppliers and dealers in various areas can cooperate effectively. In the background of network application service platform centers in Chengdu, Deyang and Mianyang, the importance of commerce cooperation and resources sharing within the area is analyzed; the implement, method of system architecture based on the model of B/S mixed with C/S is put forward. The method not only benefits accuracy and speed of data process in customer end, but also benefits concentration process and interaction of enterprise information, and the system implement process is illustrated in detail with the case of design of After Sales Service module in automobile industry chain cooperative commerce system.
