煤制油装置的污水乳化问题研究

摘    要:随着煤化工工艺的发展,煤液化成为了当今化工行业中的一个重点课题。但是,在煤液化装置的污水严重乳化问题一直困扰着各大煤化工企业。文章针对中润煤化工煤直接液化生产线的污水乳化问题进行了原因分析,提出了利用TG1033B型破乳剂来提高污水的脱油率,最终取得了良好的效果,该方案为今后解决污水乳化问题奠定理论基础。

Abstract:With the development of coal chemical industry technology development,coal chemical industry to the liquid into an important subject.However,in coal liquefaction device for sewage serious emulsification problem has plagued major coal chemical enterprise.This article in the run coal direct liquefaction production wastewater emulsification problem has carried on the reason analysis,proposed the use of TG1033B demulsifier to improve sewage deoiling rate,has achieved good results,the scheme to tackle the problem of wastewater emulsification lays theoretical foundation.
