| 摘 要： | 为适应城市发展对水体的多功能需求,特别是对生态环境功能的需求,指出城市水体利用应从城市发展的总体目标出发,规划建设和保护水体,使之发挥出最大的功用.总结了城市水体的功能,如经济功能、景观美化功能、旅游休闲功能以及生态环境功能等,尤其是其在生态、景观方面的作用;并通过对银川市城市水体的历史背景状况与发展现状的分析,从银川市市情出发,提出了今后银川市城市水体应该开发水体景观、发展生态农业、发展人工湿地污水净化系统以及城市水体旅游规划等利用方向.

| Abstract: | From the angle of general goals of city development,it is vital to construct and protect water to bring biggest function(especially ecological function) into full play,in order to meet the need of development of city to water's multi-function.The function of city water was summarized in this paper,such as economic function,landscape function,tourism function and ecological function,especially ecological and landscape functions.On the basis of the historical and present condition of Yinchuan,some ways of utilizing city water were put forward,such as development of city landscape,ecological agriculture,sewage treatment system by constructing wetland and tourism scheme of city water. |
